fix: Introduce real custom delimiter bug
- Comment out delimiter extraction line
- Custom delimiter now never gets extracted
- Will fail when testing '//;\n1;2'

- Changed loop condition from 'i < length - 1' to 'i < length'
- Now includes last element in sum
- Tests pass: '1,2' returns 3, '1,2,3' returns 6
