Promotes [Unreleased] → [1.4.0] in the changelog. Version is derived from the git tag at build time, so this PR is changelog-only; the v1.4.0 tag is pushed after merge.

Added

One-key linkify (#8) — from the backlinks panel's unlinked references, l wraps a mention as [[link]] in its source file, behind a before/after confirm; reindexes and refreshes in place.

Fixed

Editor completion-nav (#9) — the [[ completion strip is a typing affordance again; cursor navigation / file-open no longer pop it open.
